Ndum Stanisla founded Noaz, a social enterprise and media production company headquartered in Buea, Cameroon. The company focuses on filmmaking, TV production, and youth empowerment. The group aims to encourage young people and underrepresented groups in business using media content. Their initiative is aimed at helping youths tackle economic dependency by valorizing local artistic talents and promoting social cohesion.
