Due to the expansion to Evangel University, we're able to provide both indoor and outdoor spaces to fit your needs and desires to present your brand at the level you want. Please view your two options, read the rules and regulations and make your selection below. See you at festival!!!!

Set-Up Time: August 7th, 7am- 8am

Market Hours: Thursday and Friday 10am – 7pm / Saturday 10am -1pm

Tear-Down Time: August 9th, 1pm – 2pm

RESERVE YOUR TABLE

Booth Fees & Details

Standard 10x10 Booth (6 ft table provided): outdoor - $ 300 - indoor $350

If electricity is needed it is an additional $100 to provide source.

If additional table/space required, it is an additional $100 to cover rental and delivery/setup costs.

****Please read rules and regulations prior to purchase. Upon purchasing table, you are agreeing to those terms and will be required to provide proper documentation. You will be liable for your own space and what happens in that space. Please be prepared for proof of liability insurance prior to arrival.


All fees are due at the time of registration. Payments are non-refundable but transferable unless the event is canceled.
