Jake Allen
Jake Allen is a husband, father and has lived in Montgomery, Texas for most of his life. He was the Communications Director of Faith Bible Church in the Woodlands for five years but left to start his own company in 2011. Jake has been a member of the RMP team since 2010 and has always worn many hats. He is currently part of the RMP Leadership team and handles the ministries video, graphic, and technical needs.
Kayce Clark
I have my BA in theatre and worked in theatre for years before taking a break to be home with my sons. I currently live in Houston, TX and am working on stage and screen.
Carla McDougal
Author, speaker, and film producer, Carla McDougal, is the founder of Reflective Life Ministries, Reflective Media Productions, and the Stronger Alliance. Her true passion for her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, shines brightly, whether she is speaking or writing. Carla serves as the Executive Producer for the awarding faith-based film We Are Stronger, which released in 2017. Carla and her husband, Fred, live in the Houston area.

Meet The Team
Laurie Vines
Laurie Vines resides in Richmond, Virginia with her heroic husband, three children and many pets. She is published in God Encounters: Stories of His Involvement in Life’s Greatest Moments, True-Volume 2, Live and Light from the Word. At New Millenium Studios in Petersburg, Va. she worked as background, production assistant, translator, wardrobe assistant, researcher, and as a contributing writer (The Turning Point: Brown Vs. Board of Education, The Independence of Color, Women in the Military and in a gospel music video.)
For decades, she has directed, written, produced and participated in plays in local churches and schools. With an M.F.A. in theatre, a Master of Teaching, and a B.A. in Spanish, she currently teaches Spanish at Edgenuity and Communications and Theatre at John Tyler Community College. Her passion for outreach, overcoming the odds, and entertaining stories that inspire have led her to co-author, direct, and produce the faith-based feature film The New Norm.
David Leehy
David Leehy is a casting director at Bolts Casting and also a SAG actor, director, writer, and producer. He lives in Richmond, Virginia with his wife, Cheryl and their cat Rocket. They have 3 kids and 8 grandkids. He has been in the entertainment industry for over 30 years. He has been blessed to be a part of the major motion picture Lincoln, the television series Mercy Street and numerous projects for Lionhearts Filmworks.
For the past four years, he has enjoyed acting on stage for West End Assembly of God’s Broadway style musical, Glorious Christmas Nights. While he loves acting, his passion is producing, writing, and casting for faith-based films with his partner Tyler Darden and SaltFire studio. They are currently working on the streaming series Date Me about the life of Kristin Beale. They are particularly proud of the feature length film they are working on with Laurie Vines entitled The New Norm.
Tyler Darden
Tyler Darden, from King William, Virginia and a VCU graduate is a nationally recognized photographer and filmmaker located in Mechanicsville, Virginia. Recently he made two short films and a streaming series pilot through his production company, SaltFire Studio.
