A portrait of an organization that for years has been working to change and save the lives of men dealing with life-threatening addiction issues. The men receive intensive job-training skills along with psychological and spiritual mentoring to give them a chance to return to society as successful community and family members. Interwoven throughout this film is the inspiring story of William Washington, the founder and Executive Director of the Bridge Ministry. Having suffered serious trauma as a child, this led to him becoming a homeless teenager on the streets of Charlottesville, Virginia as both a user and seller of deadly drugs. He was incarcerated more than once, and while eventually facing a long-term prison sentence, he was given a chance by a compassionate judge to enter a program which positively altered his life. Uplifted by this experience, he dedicated his own life to helping others who faced the same troubled path that he had been on. This led to his creation of the Bridge Ministry, which is a much better alternative than incarceration to deal with our country’s serious crisis of drug addiction.

America is at a crossroads where politicians, traditional media, and social media fan the flames of toxic partisanship that have led many Americans to question whether they can trust their fellow citizens. Through the intimate lens of six focus groups across three American cities, UNDIVIDE US explores the twisted landscape of toxic polarization and uncovers the potential for healing conversation, local community, mutual respect, and democracy. Aiming to awaken the silenced majority that seeks solutions rather than strife, UNDIVIDE US is not just a documentary; it’s a timely and urgent plea to reclaim the nation’s soul through open discourse, civic engagement, and self-governance.

A poignant documentary that takes us on a decades-long journey to explore the history and legacy of a once-thriving mining community in Cornucopia, Oregon. Once a hub of industry and prosperity, the town of Cornucopia is now slowly fading into history, with its mines and memories the only remaining testament to the ingenuity, resilience, and self-reliance of the people who once called this place home.

Through exclusive never before seen footage and photographs, the film offers an insider's view of the mine and the people who lived, worked,

and died here. Despite the dangers of mining, including avalanches, industrial mishaps, and premature dynamite explosions, the community persevered, drawn together by a shared sense of purpose and the promise of gold.

Today, visitors from all walks of life are drawn to Cornucopia, sensing a palpable energy that lingers long after the blasting and din of mining activity ceased. Through the stories, we witness industry on a grand scale, laughter, and song during Saturday dances, children playing, and 4th of July celebrations, complete with dynamite explosions to celebrate the holiday! A billion dollars in gold ore may be safely locked away in the mountains. Still, the actual value of this place lies in the memories, stories, and community that endures to this day. "Golden Cornucopia" is a testament to the power of the human spirit and a celebration of this remarkable place's rich history and legacy.

What sounds and sayings define the various people of the state of Arkansas and what these people may have in common? This creative scholarship draws upon interviews collected from the five major Arkansan regions: the Ozarks, the Arkansas River Valley, the Ouachitas, the Coastal Plain, and the Delta. Through interviews of various Native Arkansans, this study will illuminate the various accents of this state and the people who claim Arkansas as their home. In doing so, the study expands our understanding of who our people are and how their speech makes the Arkansas accent unique among Southern accents.

Russia’s invasion of Ukraine was a shock. And through this war we are witnessing the reality of evil. But we’re also seeing something else. As refugees fled, volunteers stood at the border to provide critical care and housing. In Solidarity with Ukraine explores what it means to be a Christian disciple in the midst of war, and how the light of the Gospel continues to shine in the darkness.

I first met Laura Aiello while I was a post-doctoral student and her medical case was being presented in front of a group of doctors who were planning some revolutionary surgery on her at the time. Years later when I became a TV news reporter, I did a story on her and her condition. Decades later, she contacted me after seeing me interviewed on a TV show. She told me how the segment I did about her years ago had a great impact on her life and helped her with her self-esteem. She said she was moving to Los Angeles to take care of her ailing father and wanted to get together with me and meet her husband. I met and spent some time with LAura and her husband John.

I was not only taken by the fact that this man could overlook Laura's physical appearance but by the true and beautiful love they had for one another. I witnessed the respect, admiration, kindness, and caring, they shared with one another as I could feel their love just by being in their presence. I wanted to share that experience with the world. If more couples treated one another like John and Laura, there would be fewer divorces.

I also wanted to share this story to show that in this world where there is so much hopelessness, there is indeed hope. Laura represents everyone who has ever been teased or bullied or who has felt unsure of her looks and abilities. Laura represents everyone who wonders if they could ever go on in life. Her story shows us how having faith and not giving up can make miracles happen- especially when it comes to love.
